Free Replacements
We offer complimentary replacements, including shipping costs, for the following situations:
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your item wasn't working upon arrival
- Your item stopped working within the first 7 days of use
Simply reach out to us with photos of the item and its packaging, and we'll guide you through our hassle-free replacement process.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be exactly what you envisioned. We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:
- The item has been received back at our international warehouse
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- All included accessories and freebies are returned with the item
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- The refund amount will be minus any payment processing fees incurred

- Please ensure items are carefully packaged for return shipping to prevent damage
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
- Processing time for refunds is typically 5-7 business days after receiving the return
